Amelia Island

Beaches & Lakes

It has a history of Spanish, French, British and American rule, today it’s become a popular holiday destination known for its luxury resorts, golf courses and numerous sandy beaches. The Main Beach Park has sand dunes, a boardwalk and more.

Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens

The zoo occupies approximately 122 acres and has over 2,000 animals and 1,000 plant species in its collection.

Kingsley Plantation

Kingsley's house is the oldest plantation house still standing in Florida, and the solidly-built village of slave cabins is one of the best preserved in the United States. An important piece of history worth visiting.
